"Providing solutions for a healthier workplace, family and community since 2001"
Our partner companies generally either utilize a pay-per-service model or a monthly per-capita model to provide Employee Assistance Program services for their staffs.

Pay-Per-Service EAP models generally establish a standard agreement for the provision of EAP intervention services for company employees (and sometimes their immediate family members) which evenly distributes risk between the employer and the provider. This model establishes a standard EAP fee for the employee to schedule EAP services with the contracted provider. The provider is then required to conduct an assessment/intake interview with the client to identify the client's presenting problem and then schedule up to an agreed upon number of additional follow-up sessions to either resolve the issue or to refer the client for additional services. Once referred for additional services, the client is  generally responsible for any fees that are not covered by their healthcare insurance (i.e. copay, etc... ).

Per Capita EAP models establish a nominal monthly fee that is billed to the company per employee (for example $3.50 per employee) regardless of EAP utilization. This model, again, distributes risk relatively evenly between the employer and the EAP provider. Months with high utilization numbers make up for those months with lower utilization numbers and vice versa. Similar to the pay-per-service model, the monthly per-capita model requires the EAP provider to conduct an assessment/intake interview to identify the client's presenting problem and then schedule up to two additional follow-up sessions to either resolve the issue or to refer the client for to an outside provider to recieve additional services (generally at the client's expense).

Although both of these models are generally provided at no additional cost by the employer, the ROI (return on investment) of having a healthier, more productive workforce more than pays for itself (national EAP statistics place the standard ROI at approximately 3:1 for ever dollar invested in providing effective EAP services for their workforce).
